Have goofy Gwynnie and Mum taken up paintballing?

DESPITE looking as though they had just emerged from an afternoon paintballing, Gwyneth Paltrow and her 74-year-old mother, Blythe Danner, were in the rather swankier setting of the Hamptons on Long Island.

They were attending an event hosted by Goop, the lifestyle company Gwynnie, 44, launched nine years ago to ‘nourish the inner aspect’.

The Oscar-winning actress opted for an eye-popping floral Prada outfit with matching trousers and buttoned-up shirt in green and pink flowers.

Blythe favoured an almost exact replica, though hers featured red and yellow flowers with a matching jacket.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, Gwynnie’s husband until their divorce last year, following a period of separation which she famously termed ‘conscious uncoupling’, accompanied them to the event with their children, Apple and Moses.
