Mike Goddard, 68 Chairman, Belvoir Lettings

MIKE Goddard has sold £1.7m worth of shares in the real estate firm. He placed 1.7m shares – around 4.9pc of the property agent’s total issued capital – to meet demand from institu- tional investors. Following the sale, Goddard – who served in the RAF – retains more than 5.5m shares in Belvoir. The keen runner, who set up Bel- voir with his wife Stephanie in Lincolnshire in 1995, once set a world record of four hours and 38 minutes for running up Mount Kenya and back.
