DIGITAL education firm Learning Technologi­es rose after reporting that revenues are expected to be ahead of the curve at record levels in the first half of the year.

Turnover is expected to hit no less than £20.8m compared to £12.8m in the first half of 2016, an increase of 62.5pc.

Learning Technologi­es has seen particular­ly strong sales of its games division Preloaded and its financial services learning software Eukleia.

Shares rose 5.2pc, or 2.38p, to 47.75p.
