POCH TELLS FANS SPURS WON’T SIGN BIG-NAME STARS

- SAMI MOKBEL

MAURICIO POCHETTINO has warned Tottenham fans not to expect big-name signings this summer. The north London club have yet to buy anyone, despite banking £54million from the sale of full back Kyle Walker to Manchester City. Having come close to the title in the past two campaigns, Spurs could go all the way next season with the right additions. But manager Pochettino, speaking in Orlando where Spurs are on tour, warned: ‘It’s not because we can’t invest but Tottenham have a different philosophy. We believe in youth from our academy. ’
