No space for nurses
WHY are we making it nigh on impossible for hospital staff to do their jobs (Mail)?
Working at Great Western Hospital in Swindon, I was told that as I live just under three miles away, I was not entitled to a space in the car park.
And doctors and nurses who live further away can only park there for six days out of ten. The rest of the time they have to make ‘other arrangements’. This is despite the fact public transport is neither reliable nor convenient.
