Half moon posture

THIS post posture has helped me keep my neat waistline for all these decades. Stand with your feet togethe together. Inhale and lift your arm arms in the air, palms togeth together. Stretch your arms up and place the insid insides of your upper arm arms on your ears. A As you exhale, move to the right, pushing t your hips a little to t the left. Hold for a count of five, then slowly inhale and return to the upright position. Do the same on the other side.

Exhale and bend forwards with your head up, keeping your back flat and legs straight, and relax. Hold for five, breathing normally.

Inhale and stretch your arms above your head.

Gently bend backwards with full lungs. Exhale and hold for five.
