Bank raid brothers doubled as Donald
FOR bank robbers hoping to keep a low profile, dressing as the most powerful man in the world perhaps wasn’t the brightest idea.
Two brothers have finally been arrested after raiding dozens of cash machines around the Italian city of Turin – whike wearing in Donald Trump masks.
Their disguise recalls the 1991 hit film Point Break starring Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze, in which a gang of surfers wear masks of former American presidents while carrying out a series of bank raids.
In CCTV footage of one of the Turin robberies, a masked man is seen covering the surveillance cameras in the lobby of a bank and planting explosives in the cash dispensers.
He then ducks around a corner after lighting the fuse and just before a violent blast. Police said the men had resprayed their white Mercedes black in an attempt to throw officers off the scent.
