THis week: Nicole scherzinge­r’s stomach THE singer and X Factor judge displayed abs to rival those of her tennis pro boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov while doing yoga in Capri last week.

Scherzinge­r, 39, has said: ‘In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 minutes, do squats, sit-ups on the exercise ball and yoga.’

WHAT TO TRY: The shoulderto-knee exercise is great for abdominal muscles. Start in a press-up position with hands under shoulders, abs tight, with legs stretched behind you, resting on the balls of your feet. Lift your right hand and tap your left shoulder, then alternate. Bend your right knee and bring to left elbow. Return to the start. Bend left knee and bring to right elbow. That is one repetition. Repeat sequence for as long as you can — try a minute at least.
