Gloves off on crime

IS IT any surprise that the figures for all crimes are at an all-time high, especially knife crime. The reason is not hard to find: the lack of visible police on our streets. The few that there are have their hands tied by stupid rules.

When are the politicians going to get a grip and recruit more police to combat street crime? And when are the courts going to start really punishing the criminals?
