Nigel Wray, 69 Investor, Alliance Pharma
NIGEL Wray has sold a stake in Alliance Pharma estimated to be worth around nearly £4.3m.
Wray, who owns and chairs Saracens rugby club, sold 8.3m shares in the medical technology firm last Tues- day at an undisclosed price. However, if they sold at their closing price on the day of 52.5p, he would have scored £4.29m.
The 69-year-old keen cricketer – who owns a Devon hotel with wife, Linda – still holds more than 6m shares in the firm, worth around £3.6m at yesterday’s closing price.
