TRIM YOUR TENDER PLANTS

TENDER perennials such as New World salvias, penstemons, argyranthemums and osteospermums may benefit from a trim to extend flowering. Remove spent flowering stems and trim back any exhausted growth by cutting just above a healthy looking sideshoot on each.
