NATURALLY WHITE SMILE
I USE ‘oil pulling’ once a week to maintain clean, white teeth. This ancient Indian technique involves swishing 1 tsp of coconut oil around your mouth for five to 20 minutes. The oil is rich in lauric acid — known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
EMBRACE YOUR CURLS

RELAX WITH REIKI
LACK of sleep, through stress, can be terribly ageing. I find Reiki a great way to relax before bed. I first discovered it when working in Japan during the Nineties. The idea is that we can rebalance the energy in different parts of our body (or ‘chakras’) to feel rejuvenated. You can visit a Reiki practitioner to learn which techniques work for you.
