Letting rip over fashion for torn jeans
WE ALL love our jeans, but there comes a time when they are only fit for the bin. I can’t understand the fashion for ripped jeans (Femail). I remember when natural wear and tear to your denims was mended, using a back pocket to cover the damage. I am 61 and still wear jeans, but only if they are decent and intact. And, as my picture shows, so do my sisters Susan, 63, Maggie, 55, and Rosalyn, 49; my nieces Andrea, 44, Lowenna, 18, and Kitty, 17; and our friend Vera, 75.
