Travelling lightly, Kate? Mile-high Miss Moss sheds her clothes at 43
AS a high-flying supermodel with all the designer clothes she desires, she doesn’t usually travel lightly.
But Kate Moss wasn’t wearing very much at all when she took off in a helicopter.
The 43-year-old mother of one shrugged off her white fur coat as she posed topless for a photoshoot off the Amalfi Coast.
The supermodel must have been sweltering in the 0 degree Italian heat in a pair of skinny black jeans and black tasselled boots on Saturday.
Her mile-high confidence is a far cry from her initial nude shoots when she was just 16. During the July 1 0 cover shoot for The Face magazine that propelled her to fame, she locked herself in the bathroom and cried after she was asked to pose topless.
Speaking to Vanity Fair in 2012, she said: ‘I see a 16-year-old now, and to ask her to take her clothes off would feel really weird. They were like, “If you don’t do it, then we’re not going to book you again”.
‘So I’d lock myself in the toilet and cry and then come out and do it. I never felt very comfortable about it.’
