Three killed in shoot-out at Moscow court

THREE alleged gangsters were shot dead in a Moscow courthouse after attempting an armed break-out.

The men seized guns from guards in a lift who were escorting them to trial. They were killed in a shoot-out after attempting to take hostages. Two other defendants were seriously wounded.

According to prosecutors, the men were members of a group called the ‘Grand Theft Auto Gang’ after the violent crime-themed computer game. It’s claimed they were responsible for a series of vehicle thefts, and the murder of 17 motorists.
