The advert was emblazoned on a pizza van owned by Sidhu Golden Fish and Chips, came underin North fire Tyneside.earlier this The week campaign from anorexia charity Seed. Co-founder Marg Oaten said it was ‘appalling’ and ‘puts people at genuine risk’.

But the takeaway’s manager Soni Sidhu said the advert had been taken out of context, adding: ‘If we are asked to take down this advert it will be a sad day for freedom of expression.’ Last night a Sidhu employee said: ‘The advert has been taken down, not because any complaint’s been made, just because we don’t want to upset anybody.’
