James Martin’s French Adventure, 8.30pm, ITV THE fifth episode finds James Martin (pictured) driving his characterful Citroen 2CV eastwards to the region of Jura, where he discovers why the area is famous for its succulent apples and pears. Inspired by a visit to an orchard, the chef prepares barbecued duck with a spicy apple and pear chutney, before heading to Fort des Rousses,usses home to one of France’s most popular cheeses, Comte.
