Sir Rod’s boy is a chip off the old rocker

AFTER fathering eight children, Sir Rod Stewart, 72, has no plans for any more.

The ageing rocker said last year: ‘The office is now closed, mate. I can’t have any more kids, otherwise I’ll be touring until I’m 90.’

Perhaps the Rodfather’s youngest son Aiden, by third wife Penny Lancaster, could step into his dad’s shoes?

Little Aiden, six, and brother Alastair, 11, have spent six weeks following Rod on tour in the U.S. — and Aiden seems keen to take centre stage.

Penny posted this snap online of Aiden looking like Rod’s mini-me in matching aviator shades, punk T-shirt and a diamante collar.

‘Someone thinks he’s a Rock Star,’ she wrote.

Aiden was born when Rod was 66, and is known in the Stewart clan as ‘the wild one, a right little performer’. Rod said: ‘He likes dressing up as a lady. So we don’t know which way he’s thinking.’
