TINY TWEAKS

-

FORTY minutes of exercise a day can help minimise the effects of alcohol, say researchers at the University of Sydney. In a two-year study of 36,370 drinkers, those who worked out for five hours a week were less affected by the harmful effects of alcohol. It’s thought exercise reduces the build-up of fat in the liver that can occur as a result of excess drinking.
