SELFIE OBSESSED

Where have all those photos gone, Of trips to foreign places? It’s just an overload Of happy-snappers’ faces. And now it’s all done instantly, All sent across the cyber. No one wants to show Ayers Rock, Or the beauty of the Khyber. Apparently, all we want to see, Is another pic of you. In case you’ve changed substantially, Since the ten you sent at two! And, really? All those posing snaps — D’you think you’re someone famous? It’s all got quite embarrassing, And some of them just shame us. Those fluttering eyes and pouting lips — We’ve seen it all before. And a thousand pics of just your face, Has become a b****y bore! So show us all the landmarks, Of your holiday or your hike, Instead of just your silly face, And then I might press ‘like’!
