TIRED of seeing lovingly-made sarnies coming back uneaten? If so, tempt their taste buds with some of these tips: TRY cooked kebabs on a bed of vegetable rice. KEEP wraps, pittas, tortillas and seeded rolls in the freezer to ring the changes with sandwiches. MAKE extra pasta salad and Spanish tortilla for supper and the kids can have it cold the following day. SUSHI is delicious and nutritious. BUY small pots to hold ‘wet’ foods such as hummus and fruit salad – add nuts and dried fruit to add more taste and goodness. AND don’t be afraid of peanut butter – it’s packed full of protein.
