Kit Kat video game battle

NESTLE has been accused of exploiting a classic 1970s video game in a Kit Kat advert to try and get into the hearts and minds of those who grew up playing it. Atari is suing the sweet maker for copying its Breakout game in the 2016 advert for Kit Kat Bites.

A Nestle spokesman said: ‘The ad no longer runs and we have no current plans to re-run it.’
