ONE way to improve the appearance of ‘man boobs’ is to work on your posture. Standing up straight helps by drawing the shoulders down and pushing the chest — and moobs — up.

Muscles in the chest and shoulders can become shortened over time, especially in people stuck behind a desk, staring at a screen.

Try this exercise at your desk. Sit up straight, feet flat on the floor, and draw your shoulder blades together — imagine trying to hold a tennis ball between them. Hold the position for five deep breaths. Do this several times a day.
