This simple, stylish tote looks the part — however, it’s let down by practicality. The stiff leather frame makes it hard to get items in and out.

it fills up quickly and, once everything’s in, good luck trying to find anything. it’s a case of pulling everything out to get to the bottom.

But it does hold nearly everything — apart from the sunglasses and hairbrush.

if you really wanted to, you could squeeze in the sunglasses without the case — but they might well get squashed!

The double shoulder strap is also very thin — and therefore uncomfortable.

STYLE RATING: 7/10 A classic, but it lacks va-va-voom.

PRACTICAL RATING: 5/10 Too rigid and not enough room.

COMFORT RATING: 5/10 You don’t want this one to get too heavy or it will hurt.
