Camera shy

WHETHER a speed camera is highly visible or not (Letters) should not be an argument as to whether a driver is prosecuted for speeding. Yes, cameras are a deterrent, but should not be the reason to obey the speed limit. Is the only thing that stops us breaking into someone else’s home the fact there are police on the streets? Of course not. So why is speeding seen in a different light?

As a driving instructor, I despair of the attitude of so many people that it is not my fault, but down to anyone else I care to blame.
