Dame Tessa’s granddaughter takes her first bow in public

LABOUR peer Tessa Jowe l l (inset) became a grandmother for the first time this year at the age of 69 when her musician daughter Jess gave birth to a girl. Clearly smitten with motherhood, Jess, 36, whose partner is singersongwriter Finn Vine, posted this snap from Majorca, saying: ‘Just when we couldn’t need a holiday any more — some time away with my No 1 girl.’
