what to do

TO BOOST your cleavage with exercise, try a walkout to press-up routine, says personal trainer Nadya Fairweather ( u-shape.co.uk).

Stand at one end of an exercise mat. Bend down and walk your hands out in front of you, until you are horizontal. Lower your body flat down onto your mat. Keep your hands on the mat and press yourself up on to your hands and knees or into a full press-up position.

Walk your hands back towards your feet, bending at the hips, and stand.

Repeat ten to 15 times. The movement helps boost the breast tissue and also banishes bingo wings, as it works the triceps.

what to eat

THE cleavage ages quickly, says nutritionist Shona Wilkinson ( shona wilkinson.com), because the skin here is very thin. But you can give it a boost with food. Red kidney beans are a great source of protein, which breaks down into amino acids. These help to speed the repair and regeneration of skin cells and collagen. Add the beans to stews, casseroles and salads. You should also eat more salmon, as it’s high in omega-3, a fatty acid beneficial for skin. And cook with tomatoes — they contain the nutrient lycopene, which helps keep skin healthy and protects against sun damage. Tomatoes release more lycopene when cooked.
