INSPIRED by the story of Motown and The Supremes, this musical drama is a glittering gem. Beyonce leads the girls belting out the tunes, with Jamie Foxx as their label’s flashy owner.

WE HAD to wait ages for this seventh series and now, after just seven episodes — albeit some of the most spectacular ever seen — it reaches its epic finale. Just one more series to go until it’s all over — but you will have to wait well into 2018 for that one.

THIS series about the Yorkshire Air Ambulance returns. It’s occasionally guilty of building false suspense, but some of the incidents here have real twists, such as that of a verbally abusive man who is rescued from his car — and some don’t, such as an 83-year-old dairy farmer who is attacked by a cow.
