PACIFIC PINK 3 years 1ft 8in 8lb Silver with large, oval spots on their back. When spawning they develop a pale grey back with a yellowish-white belly. Some turn a dull green. They have few teeth. Their flesh is very pink ‘Humpies’ – due to humped back which males develop when spawning

ATLANTIC 13 years 4ft 12lb Adults have black spots, some x-shaped, on their back and take on a slight green or red appearance during reproduction. Stout, conical teeth and large scales ‘The Leaper’ – because it jumps out of the water
