Palace face three-way fight for £30m Sakho
CRYSTAL PALACE hope to seal a deal worth up to £30million for LIVERPOOL defender Mamadou Sakho but must fight off Leicester City and West Brom. Palace have already had a £24m offer rejected but will try again for the 27-year-old France star who favours a move to London. Palace are also keen on TOTTENHAM striker Vincent Janssen, a target for Stoke and West Brom, and have considered an offer for West Ham’s Jose Fonte, 33.
LEICESTER are keen on Paris Saint-Germain’s Grzegorz Krychowiak as a replacement for Chelsea target Danny Drinkwater. Atletico Madrid and Chelsea have held further talks over a compromise deal for Diego Costa. The two clubs are close to agreeing a deal that is likely to be worth around £40m plus around £10m in add-ons.
WEST BROM have made an improved £10.6m bid for Fenerbahce midfielder Souza after their opening offer was rejected.
EVERTON are discussing a £9m deal for Hajduk Split midfielder Nikola Vlasic, 19, though the Croatia Under 21
