DIRECTOR’S DEALS
Leo Quinn, 60 Chief executive, Balfour Beatty
THE wife of Balfour Beatty chief executive Leo Quinn has snapped up £263,000 worth of shares in the infrastructure firm.
Elaine Fitzpatrick-Quinn bought 100,000 at around 263p each, in a vote of confidence for the firm’s turnaround under her husband, with whom she has two children.
Mr Quinn, 60, joined Balfour in 2015 from defence firm QinetiQ following a series of profit warnings. Last month the fruits of his labours started to show, with Balfour revealing it had swung back into profit this year and won work on the HS2 rail project.
