HER mother was among the first ever supermodels and was once the highest paid model on the planet.

Kaia Gerber, who turned 16 last week – so reaching the minimum age to walk the runway – wasted no time at New York Fashion week on Thursday evening.
The model, who has been the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty since last September, wore silk yellow trousers and a black-and-white Western-style shirt at Calvin Klein’s spring/summer 2018 show. Miss Crawford, 51, and husband Rande Gerber, 55, attended the event to o support their daughter.
Kaia’s choice to make her r NYFW debut with the highend fashion label appeared to be a rather a fitting tribute - to her mother.
For Miss Crawford was a staple in the 90s at all off Calvin Klein’s shows.
But Miss Crawford has s been careful about her r daughter’s blossoming g modelling career, stopping g her from working in the e industry until she was 14.
The teen, who still attends s high school as she works, , told Vogue in July: ‘I go to o school every day, and that t does come first.’
