VILLA SET FOR COURT BATTLE

ASTON VILLA are taking legal action against Nottingham Forest to recoup money owed from the loan of striker Ross McCormack. The Scotland international joined Forest in February but made just seven appearances, scoring once. His last game was in March before he required surgery to remove cysts from his mouth.
