OSLO TOBY STEPHENS and Lydia Leonard (right) star in Oslo at the National Theatre. They play the Norwegian diplomats who negotiated the first Oslo Peace Accord in 1993 — which led to the famous handshake on the White House lawn between Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and PLO Leader Yasser Arafat, overseen by U.S. president Bill Clinton.
