Out-of-date Corbyn

JEREMY CORBYN has been making promises at the TUC conference. But his plans would bankrupt the country and all the pain of austerity would have been for nothing.

But then again pledges don’t mean much to Corbyn as he appears to make and break them at will.

His politics are antiquated, out of touch and have been proven not to work. Corbyn is just a fossil.

S. GERRARD, Dunnington, N. Yorks. ARE those who are criticising Corbyn’s change in stance on Brexit and claiming those who voted for him are fools (Letters), the same people who support Theresa May despite her abandoning large sections of the Tory manifesto?

That includes U- turning on pensions, winter fuel payments, dementia tax, a national insurance increase, taking in refugee children, the energy price cap and now the public sector pay freeze.
