Rugby toppled by the Teddies

THE ‘Teddies’ of St Edwards are far from cuddly in this season’s SOCS Daily Mail Schools Trophy. They inflicted a rare defeat on Rugby School, 20-0, and are aiming to topple high-flying Clifton tomorrow. Rob Cottrell, director of rugby at this Oxford school, said: ‘We have some good players who are all keen to do well.’ The win came on the third week of this competition, sponsored by school management system SOCS.
