We offer privileged access to a unique collection of exceptional villas in the Mediterranean, all of which are exclusively available through us. Unrivalled local knowledge, and expert, personalised service is offered by our dedicated team, who know our villas and destinations first hand.

How many villas do you represent?

We have 205 villas, all available exclusively through us. Our villas are in Sicily, Puglia, the Ionian Islands, the Sporades Islands and Corsica.

How do you choose the villas?

We’re defined by the quality of our villas and we only take on a fraction of those we’re offered. We’re generally approached by owners directly and then we ensure that we visit each villa before adding it to the collection. In some cases we have worked with owners from conception, helping them build and decorate a house that represents them, but is also perfect for our clients.

What are your tips and tricks for consumers, when looking to book a villa?

Always try to speak to someone who has first-hand knowledge of the villa – you can’t always rely on the photos! Our staff travel and stay in our villas and the level of detail they are able to go into can make all the difference to those valuable weeks away.

Who is the most interesting guest you have had stay at one of your villas?

Our clients value their privacy and our discretion.

If you had one prerequisite for a villa, what would it be?

One is too difficult, but a superb private location and owners who really understand our clients and continually improve their properties seems to be a recipe for success!
