ANNA FRIEL made history on Brookside in 1994 when she shared, with Nicola Stephenson, the first pre-watershed lesbian kiss on British TV. And it seems the 41-year-old actress still likes to nuzzle up to attractive women.

At a party in St James’s, London, Anna enjoyed a tete-a-tete with Lady Kitty Spencer, Princess Diana’s 26-year-old niece. Posting the snap on social media, Anna thanked the party’s host, Fortnum & Mason boss Ewan Venters, writing: ‘Can’t believe our dresses matched your beautiful flower decoration.’
