It is important to work at your own pace and speed. Start by skipping on the spot. Keep your abs tight and be aware of your posture — stand tall and don’t forget to breathe. As you get more confident, try travelling and skipping.
Skip for one minute, with a 30-second recovery period. Repeat for ten rounds.
