Wasteful police

If you live in Wiltshire and have been the victim of crime, but haven’t had a visit from the police yet, take comfort from the fact that your police force has just spent £1.5 million investigating serious crimes from the past, allegedly committed by someone who is now dead.

What an obscene waste of public money this investigation into Ted heath has been. how does this stuff get authorised?
