David pays Sir Tom lip service

DAVID WALLIAMS is 13 years older than ex-wife Lara Stone, and now he’s confessed his love for a man he calls ‘Grandpa’.

Walliams, 46, enjoyed dinner in London this week with veteran actor Sir Tom Courtenay, 80, the comedian’s co-star in the forthcoming BBC adaptation of Walliams’ children’s book, Grandpa’s Great Escape.

Sealing their bromance, the pair showed off matching grey moustaches in a photo Walliams posted online. ‘I have loved Tom Courtenay for ever,’ he said.
