ANNA’S TOP TIPS

-

FITNESS: A half-hour run three or four times a week. Lift weights twice a week Swim three times a month. Meditate twice a week. Seven hours sleep a night.

HAIR: Cut and highlights every eight weeks.

SKINCARE: No cleanser, only water and a flannel to wash my face then moisturise with Ren Clarimatte T-zone balancing gel-cream (£25, marksandspencer.com).

DIET: Low glycaemic index (GI) diet. Low GI foods — including wholegrain foods, fruit, vegetables, beans and lentils — are broken down by the body more slowly, causing a graudal rise in blood sugar levels over time rather than a spike.
