WHAT TO TRY: The shoulderto­ning push and press. Stand holding a weight in each hand. Bend your elbows and lift the weights to just outside your shoulders, palms facing your body, with feet shoulderwi­dth apart and knees slightly bent.

Flex your knees, then energetica­lly push up as you lift the weights above your head. Lower back to the start.

Do 12 repetition­s and three sets.
