RONALD KOEMAN has admitted his frustration after being fired as Everton manager. The Dutchman took to Twitter to thank staff, players, fans, chairman Bill Kenwright and majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri. Koeman added: ‘Naturally I am disappointed. I wish the team good luck in the future.’
