Kane in a race to face United
MAURICIO POChettInO will make a late call on harry Kane’s fitness ahead of tomorrow’s showdown against Manchester United as the striker recovers from a hamstring problem.
Kane is struggling with the injury sustained in Sunday’s win over Liverpool and is a doubt for tottenham.
Yesterday he was rated as 50-50 for the trip to Old trafford with fears growing he could be forced to sit out the clash.
Pochettino, though, will be desperate to have his talismanic striker available for the game against Jose Mourinho’s side and will give him as long as possible to prove his fitness.
It would be a huge blow to tottenham if their star striker could not play against United, given his importance to Pochettino’s team. Kane has scored 13 goals in 12 appearances for Spurs this season.
