Dutch drop London float
THE £1.2bn float of finance firm TMF Group has been called off after a private equity business agreed to buy it.
The Dutch company was planning to go public next month but CVC Capital Partners is buying it for £1.6bn.
The company is being sold by DH Private Equity Partners, which has owned it since 2008.
