England women think pink after Ashes win
SARAH TAYLOR turned her attention to the crucial day-night Test after England women won the third oneday international to collect their first points of the Ashes. England’s 20-run Duckworth-Lewis victory at Coffs Harbour yesterday means they now trail Australia 4-2 on points in the multiformat series. Next up is the one-off Test on November 9 before three T20s. Taylor, one of three England half-century makers yesterday, said: ‘We don’t play Tests often, but we’ve put a lot of preparation into playing with the pink ball, so it’s exciting.’
