Avocado and Smoked Salmon

SIMPLE and high in protein and omega 3 oils, this is a great breakfast that will keep you full for the rest of the morning.

SERVES 2 (280 calories)

1 avocado, finely sliced 160g smoked salmon Juice of ½ lemon DIVIDE the avocado between two plates, fanning the slices out. Place the smoked salmon on top with a generous squeeze of lemon juice and a grinding of black pepper. Serve immediatel­y.
