HOW to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Nicole Scherzinge­r’s thighs NICOLE SCHERZINGE­R recently wore a dress with a glamorous slit that revealed super-toned thighs. The 39-year-old singer packs a lot of exercise time into her busy schedule. ‘In a typical workout I’d run on the treadmill for maybe 20 minutes, then do some squats, sit-ups on the exercise ball, then stretches,’ she says. She also does yoga, spin classes and hiking. WHAT TO TRY: The toe squat. Stand with ankles touching and bend your knees as if sitting. Keep your abs tight, lower your hips into a half-squat and put your arms up. Rise on to the balls of your feet, then lower down again 15 times, keeping all muscles controlled. Repeat three sets.
