BATTLING symptoms ranging from morning sickness to fatigue, many pregnant women are tempted to go for comfort over fashion when dressing their baby bumps.

But the Duchess of Cambridge proved style doesn’t have to suffer when you’re expecting as she arrived for a charity event at Kensington Palace last night.

Kate, 35, pictured, who is due to give birth to her third child in April, looked radiant in a £785 Diane Von Furstenberg floor-length black frock, which she also wore to the Royal Variety show in 2014 when she was pregnant with Charlotte.

The duchess, who has made only a handful of public appearances since announcing her pregnancy in September as she suffered from extreme morning sickness, greeted guests at the dinner for children’s mental health charity The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, of which she is patron.
